Have to go with Ringu.
That being said, however, over a 20 year span you’re missing quite a few contenders…

This is quite a poor list to vote from if you’re talking
about a timespan of 20 years… There’s some nice titles
in there but in no way any of them would be my number 1
choice in best horror movie of the last 2 decades.. .

What is your recomendation? You can’t just say our list is not good enough and give no suggestions.
